Composure colleagues!


The circle starts with an introductory training covering leadership attitude and leadership personality and then runs for one to one-and-a-half years with one-day group coaching sessions, in which topics from everyday leadership life are supervised, and exchange of experience and practice units on selected leadership topics take place.

The process accompaniment in a fixed group for the period enables growth about personal leadership topics and the expansion of one’s own leadership personality.

The target group includes both managers and high potentials who have already had leadership tool training, and want to continue working on their leadership performance.
