MIDDLE MANAGEMENT

Development programs for middle management should take into account their experience as managers in their leadership roles as well as to promote interchange and reconciliation among themselves. The managers should network with each other and exemplify the premises of the leadership culture together.

In the modular-type of program, existing knowledge and new experiences will be deepened, practiced and reflected upon, and between the modules will be tried and tested in management practice. In the beginning, the concept includes an analysis day with the next higher management level or the management board, in which the target course is defined. Based on the analysis, the modules are conceptualized.
