LARGE GROUP CONFERENCES

Large group conferences were developed in the USA in the 1960s, and have since been used in companies to facilitate large-scale change.

Areas of application include:

  • Simultaneous definition and implementation of goals
  • The mutual development of visions
  • Recruiting employees for change
  • The development of innovative ideas and solutions
  • The merger of different parts of the company

Large group conferences close a methodological gap in the work between workshops and conferences, to bring people from different perspectives and perspectives together and into dialog with each other.

Groups of 10 to 1000 participants can simultaneously work across all hierarchical and functional levels.
