In contrast to coaching, which is a process of self-improvement and goal achievement, we understand sparring as a type of help for contemplation. This can take place once, for one to three hours or every now and then as required.
An experienced sparring partner will assist you in finding your decisions by perhaps showing you new perspectives or reporting from his or her own experiences. So you can grind and sharpen your thoughts against those of your sparring partner.
